At Total Cover Plus, we strive to provide a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for our customers. To ensure everything runs smoothly, we’ve outlined our salon policies below. Please take a moment to review them before your visit.
1. Appointment Booking
Booking: Appointments can be made online, over the phone, or in person. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time slot.
Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email or text message upon booking. Please notify us immediately if there are any errors.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Notice: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to accommodate other clients.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a 50% cancellation fee.
No-Shows: Clients who miss an appointment without notice may be charged the full service fee.
3. Late Arrivals
Grace Period: We allow a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. After this, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled to avoid delays for other clients. You will be charged the full amount.
4. Application Process
Consultation: During your first visit, we’ll assess your eligibility for a hair system and preferences for your new look.
Handling: Our stylists are trained to handle pets with care and patience. However, if your pet becomes overly stressed or aggressive, we reserve the right to stop the service for their safety and ours.
5. Payment
Accepted Methods: We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payments (e.g., Apple Pay, Google Pay).
Deposits: A 20% deposit may be required for first-time clients or large bookings.
Pricing: Prices are based on the size of your hair system and if you which special amendments like colouring. A final quote will be provided during check-in.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
Feedback: We want you to be 100% satisfied with your new hair. If you’re unhappy with our service, please let us know within 24 hours, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
Money-Back-Guarantee: If you are a first time customer and, for whatever reason, are not fully satisfied with your hair system we will give you your money back.
We will refund the full cost of the 1st standard hair system (not the service charge) if you return your standard TCP hair system to the hair studio within 5 days after the initial application. At the hair studio you will be asked to fill out our return form. Once you have done this, the salon will refund your money for the cost of the 1st standard TCP hair system.
7. Changes to Policies
We reserve the right to update these policies as needed. Any changes will be communicated to clients via email or posted on our website.
